Applied online, then received an online test. After online test there were 4 rounds of interviews. The entire process took 3 months, and after 4 rounds of interviews, HR said they want a team lead but I'm too junior for that. It made the entire process a big joke!! They saw my CV at the very beginning, they could have rejected me at that time because of this reason!
