Applied through my university's website. The first round interview was with 2 Equity Research Associates that were only 2-3 years older than me. There was not a single behavioral question. The interview entirely consisted of technical questions and a brainteaser. Make sure that you have at least 1 good stock idea for the first round and know a lot about it like the P/E ratio, competitors, and risks. The interview was 30 minutes long. Still waiting to hear back. The next step in the process is to be invited to a superday at the office in which you are interested in working.

First round was with HR, second with the COO of ER, third with the senior analyst and two associates. A couple technicals in second round and stock pitch, more behavioral / fit seeking process overall.
