I got a cold call phone screening about a week after I applied online. They invited me to do a computer quiz the week after the phone screen. HR is very nice and friendly. The computer quiz took about 2 hours. (2 emails writings* accuracy and speed* numerical* definition of words* pronunciation* grammar, punctuation* abstract reasoning) If you successfully pass the computer quiz and there is still some spare time, they may invite you to talk with the hiring manager. If your score is not ok, I guess they may need to think about it and let you go first. If you didn't hear back from them after this, basically you are not selected.

First interview is with HR. Basic fit questions followed by questions regarding experience dealing with numbers and investment securities. Second interview was with a manager. Third interview was with three managers. Interview process was rigorous but questions were not too hard. Accepted offer after interviews.
