Fulfilled an online form with general questions aimed at understanding general and cultural fit of the candidate in the firm. Did not advance to later stage so I cannot comment on the whole recruitment process. The initial candidate screening is done via a recruitment agency which provides a practical platform to submit CV, education information, previous job information and answer the abovementioned questions.
