There were four interviews and a technical assessment. These were conducted with the manager of Support, a tier 2 analyst, a director of Services, and with the Support manager again. Prior to my final interview I was asked to complete a technical assessment which was then discussed during the final interview.

The questions pertained to my work history and technical experience. These questions ranged from "I see you have experience with "this", tell me about it?" to the more technical questions relating to your experience (status codes and SAML etc. - this will vary based on your role and experience).
