The interview process is standard to most companies. The interview process in my experience was a phone screening with an individual from HR. Upon completion of this, I was scheduled for an interview with 4 members of management. These individuals were in different capacities (Maintenance, Plant Manager, HR Manager, Production Manager) at the plant. The questions were mostly technically based or situational. Upon completion of the interview, I was given a plant tour. It took awhile after the completed interview to receive an offer, but I did finally receive one.
