I walked in after a golf outing because I noticed they were hiring, and they had a trailer parked outside. It was not open yet. I was asked who my favorite golfer was and what I shot and I was hired on the spot.

I interviewed with two different managers, both of them emphasize it being very competitive. Basically just asking for serving experience and if I am able to upsell guests other than that and the red flags I'd say it's easy with experience.
Two person interview, very chill, simple basic questions and I felt very comfortable with them talking and doing the interview with me. It was super easy to get an interview, they called me.
