Phone interview...about 20 minutes+. Basic interview with resume questions and what would you do questions. Second interview is an onsite interview. This is a few hours and can be a little nerve racking, but isn't too bad. Meet with several different PM's performance managers and then do a sit in with a current sales agent to shadow to see what the job is like.

You have to do a scenario with a sales script with several managers
The two ladies that interviewed me were full of great advice on the job and very insightful about what the job entails. Looking forward to beginning my sales career here!

Open zoom meeting room for interviews. Two quick rounds of interviews. We went over call scripts and got some feedback. Overall a very easy interviewing process. I was given an offer and now have to submit to a background check and drug screen

The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
