      Tour of the facility, then mock interview with sales script. You don't have to memorize it, just be comfortable with trying to persuade someone to potentially buy given the info on your script.

      Phone interview first, then you have a group interview, they walk you around the campus. Then you have a opportunity to have a 1 on 1 interview if you do not pass the interview... you don’t make it to orientation

      First I had a phone interview which went very smoothly. After about 5 minutes she set up a face to face interview later that week where I would have to do a mock sale script with my interviewer. which you need to print out and review. At the actual facility I was brought upstairs to start the interview by one person, she was friendly and told me someone will be right with me to watch a video on what the company is all about and what they are looking for. After she left I sat there and went over my notes I wrote on my mock Script (btw they want to see you wrote notes) and practiced different scenarios until the next person came in. once he introduced himself and set up the video I listened and took more notes from the video. while I was in the video room, the Interviewer nonchalantly watches you and takes notes on his laptop, make sure you are taking notes and ask questions at the end.once he left my next interviewer brought me to another room where he asked me basic "tell me a time when..." type of questions as he writes your answer in his laptop.then we got into the mock script. the blue part is THE MOST IMPORTANT PART, ASK YOUR CUSTOMER (interviewer) QUESTIONS TO BETTER UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR!! ask detailed such as if they have kids and if so how old, if they say they are married ask what types of programs the spouse likes etc, by doing this you will have a better understanding of what your customer wants. Keep a smile in your voice. afterwards your interviewer will tell you what you need to fix, when they do write it down, its part of the interview process they want to see that you make notes of criticism so you can better yourself. I didnt put the small things together till after my interview, I think not taking notes at the very end and not asking more about the "customer" was where I messed up.
