Applied via website directly. Had two phone interviews and soon to be a face to face interview, so I can only comment on the phone interviews so far.
First one was just a general interview going through the CV and the interest in the company / IT world.
Second interview was an extension so that, but the MD spoke about the health warnings associated with this job - lack of a social scene where the company is based and long hours of work, but the salary makes up for it.

Telephone interview which was fairly easy and face to face interview, also very easy going. I thought the face to face interview went well but I must've said something wrong because they didn't offer me the job because 'they didn't believe I could handle the workload'.
