Recruiter Screen -> Hiring Manager Call -> Hiring Manager + Head of Product -> Meet Team + Executive
Expect paybands for PM level 1 (1-5yoe) ~90k->100k (no bonus/RSU) w/ annual merit increases.
The team is great to meet. The process likely differs across the org, but I wouldn't expect in-depth skills tests, RCA type questions, or a structured rubric of questions.
Expect Behavioral questions. I had to answer my self-evaluations across a scale of different factors (technical, UX, etc.) and reviewed a couple of problems in person (listed below).
Overall good experience. They were very product-led at the branch I interviewed with.

Screening call with recruiter and then call with hiring manager. The scheduling was automated so picking and updating times was seamless. The feedback process was generic and not providing any type of context for a candidate

3 steps over about 3 month period. 1 - recruiter call. 2 - hiring manager call. 3 - 3 person panel. It was not difficult at all. Simple questions. The team seemed engaged, friendly & nice.

First round with a HR, second with then hiring manager along with a head of the department. Both were nice, and the end of my interview the proposed another round with a panel interview.
