The interview process consisted of three parts: (1) A 30 minute behavioral interview briefly discussing my skills and experiences. (2) A 1-hour interview consisting of the following: a 30 minute behavioral and a 30 minute rundown of a project of my choosing (3) A 30 minute interview with the VP of Engineering, discussing my values and why I would be a good fit for the company. Overall, the interview process with Relay is one of my favorites. Everyone I talked to was really friendly and accommodating. I feel like I was able to communicate my qualifications for candidacy really effectively, especially through the rundown of one of my projects. I feel like my enthusiasm really showed in this part, which I think helped in the hiring decision. I recommend anyone that is considering applying for Relay to do so!
