Simple Interview. Initial with recruiter, 2nd with hiring manager. Ghosted after 2nd, no explanation, just an automated email saying I was no longer in the running. Seemed unprofessional given 2 months of communication and zoom calls. After reaching out to my contacts I never heard back either.
