First phase with HR Manager (which in my case was an ex-IT consultant, not a psychologist).
General evaluation of the background. As i was a newly grad, it was mainly about study career and internship experiences, together with motivation questions and plans for future professional developments.
The HR then decide whether the candidate is valuable and thus can be proposed to the different Reply Company, which are compliant with the candidate profile and which are currently seeking for a resource.
Second phase is made of interview with Partners of Reply Companies which are interested in the candidate and decide to propose an interview.
During those interviews, the business of the specific company is presented and then a standard 1to1 interview is carried on, again on skills, motivation, interests, experiences, etc (no business cases or guesstimates tests).
Additionally there could be an interview with the Manager of the BU in which the candidate could be enrolled.
