Four stage interview process. Each interview lasts for 45 min. First interview technical about project with leads and architects. Second again technical and the technology related, Third managerial and fourth is HR.

Le processus d'interview implique une préparation minutieuse, la définition des objectifs, des questions ciblées, une écoute active, des échanges constructifs et une évaluation impartiale pour identifier les compétences et la compatibilité.
First step with HR, then with the Sr. Partner and finally with the management panel. The three steps went out smoothly and in a transparent and friendly manner. First HR screening provides a score (not disclosed to candidate) while the final decision is up to the manager if the minimum score is acieved.
