More of a orientation. Was given a folder with paperwork that Mr. Morris went over in great detail of the company rules, safety dress code and what our job would consist of. What is expected of the employees. Afterwards we were allowed to ask questions. I believe it was one of the best interview/ orientation I've ever had. Very Professional, but was very comfortable. Wasn't at all made to feel nervous. Felt like it truly was a team base company, that as long as you abide by the rules do your job and inform Mr Morris of anything at all as in not knowing something down to any problems with anyone that he would be there for you in helping/ getting problem solved. I'd rate Mr Morris professional 5 Star's
