First they will ask you if why we should hire you? Tell me about yourself. Do you have any work experience? Etc. Exam will be provided through online. Don't worry for the online test. It's about your personality and they also give you some scenarios. It will also test your typing speed. They will give you a short paragraph which you have to finish before the given time. The final interview is very easy they will ask you if are you willing to work in shifting schedule.

It was quick, organized because they're easy to find and easy to do. Assessment was about english vocab, english writing, and logic. Basic questions. Initial interview same as final interview.
Simple ,easy . Self explanatory questions. Just be yourself and use STAR method. Make sure to also ask questions regarding the company . Also ask about policies regarding the company.

I was asked of the basics. Nothing too in-depth and it was quick. I was endorsed for final interview the next day. Overall, it was an interaction to get to the gist of why you want to apply for the company and some of your qualities as a person and an employee.
