Interview consisted of 3 interviews, first one I wouldn't even consider an interview since he mostly introduced the company, told me about the position, then asked about my background. From there, he asked if I was interested and said he would get back to me about scheduling an interview. Received another phone call from someone else and scheduled a phone interview with her. After that interview, scheduled a video interview with someone else. Heard back from them within a few days and offered me the position.
