I was initially contacted by the company via email to set up a time to take the skills test. Beforehand I had to take a series of tests at home including: a personality test and some basic timed skills tests. Then once you get into the training center you have to take another skills test involving algebra. After you take the test I assume you must get a certain score in order to get an interview. I was asked to wait, while waiting 3 people were told that they would be contacted in the next week (I'm assuming they didn't pass). I then had an initial interview with one of their HR recruiters. She asked basic questions about my resume, why I chose my major, the school I went to-nothing really about my work history. I assume they recruit a lot of kids right out of college. Then I had to fill out some weird form including what my parents did, what activities I like, etc. Then was asked to set up a second interview. This interview was more in depth to what the job entailed. In the end they ended up going with an internal candidate who was more familiar with their products.
