Poor communication from the HR leading the interview process and recruiter who reached out to me initially. They reached out, some email back and forth, they were to set up interview with Hiring Manager and then ghosted. No reasoning.

Interviewed for Finance position that had several stages. Interview with recruiter, 2nd stage with hiring manager, Excel assessment, and interview with team members. The interviews with the recruiter and hiring manager went well. The Excel assessment was 75 minutes and was a case study. The purpose was to demonstrate competency in Excel. I completed the test and had to submit to the hiring manager, recruiter and another team member.
After submission, I had an interview that same day to review the Excel test and answer more questions. The team member reviewed my test and said I did a great job. I waited for a week and thought I was going to be considered. Unfortunately, I received a rejection email from the recruiter. I passed the assessment and was still rejected. It was a waste of time and the company needs to be clear on their expectations. I was very disappointed with my experience.
