I had a series of 4 phone calls with different managers/directors throughout the organization. Each one last at least an hour and was very detailed and conversational in tone. All except the last one. The final phone interviewer was 15 minutes late because he was buying his motorcycle and ended 10 minutes early. He was most definitely not wanting to talk to me. I found out through the interview process the Director of Operations position I applied for online was a sourcing req for many different positions. This would have been nice to know up front. Apparently they were only considering me for a Manager position of some sort. The details as to the position/positions I was being considered for were kept from me.
