I had applied for the Junior Python Developer position.
After they shortlisted my CV, they called me and asked about my current position, current salary, expected salary, etc, and asked me to schedule an online interview. They give a fixed time to join the online interview.
In the online interview, there were two people: one was HR, and the other was a Developer. The HR introduced me to the Developer. Then that developer started asking me questions. The developer asked me 2 questions about the Django Framework, then started asking me frontend questions. That developer asked me around 12-15 React and JavaScript-related questions. I told him I have applied for Python and backend roles, but he is still questioning me about frontend. That was a very bad experience.
