Went online and submitted my resume and got a call for an interview about 3 weeks later. Interviewed with the DM first then a follow up with a Store Manager. Given a fair salary to start off with. Basic questions about customer service and how you would treat employees.
Asked about previous employers and how they rated my work.

Over all went very well. The district manager was very personable and accommodating. Even though I did not get hired, it was over all a great experience and I think anyone would benefit from working there.

I had met with district manager at the store. Asked brief background questions and then went into behavioral questions. The interview was very relaxed and straightforward. Had typical situational questions.

easy. online assessment. took almost over an hour answering simple questions. and yet i didnt make it threw video interview even with 7 years of experience. its all computerized. if you do answer everything how they want, your automatically put a 6 month hold intel you can redo the assessment questions.
