Contacted by recruiter, had a phone screen with a member of the team and then a 2.5 hour series of interviews with three people back to back. The interview itself was not bad. Personally, I don't believe I was a good fit for the team so I am not surprised I didn't get the job; however, I have had no contact from the recruiter or anyone from Rivian since the day of my interview. I spoke with the recruiter directly after my interview and she said she would let me know either way, and I just never heard back. I know that this is a fact growing company with an aggressive to market deadline, but it is very unprofessional to leave candidates hanging like this. It is very telling of what direction this company is moving in.
