This was a 4 step process to include the recruiter screening. I spoke with the recruiter about the process and timeline to which I was informed it would be all scheduled and concluded within a week. The hiring manager and most of the team members I spoke too seemed very enthusiastic about the company and their roles. Unfortunately, one team member did not hold back any negativity regarding the role and the mediocrity of the team. That was the first red flag.
To my surprise, I was left in the dark for a couple weeks after the process despite positive feedback. The second red flag was when I was ghosted after reaching out to a few recruiters and coordinators. It was not shocking to find out that they had recent layoffs - third strike. I will not be reapplying here in the future.
