My first round was a phone screen with a recruiter. General questions about my background and why I’m interested in the role. The second round was a system design interview where they asked me to design a Task Scheduler that can take in new tasks from users, store them, and then schedule and run them periodically based on a cron expression.
Started wth a Recruiter call for experience and expectations check , then two rounds of system design ( one general And ones related to the fin tech industry), one general coding interview, project deep dive, team matching interviews with hiring managers. Overall it was mostly aligned with industry standards

The recruiter screen was smooth and professional. I moved through the initial step quickly, but shortly afterward I was informed that the position had already been filled. While disappointing, the turnaround time was fast and the communication was clear, which I appreciated.
