The hiring process began when a recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. There was a Karat interview pre-screening assessment which was average difficulty. Once that was completed there was a virtual on-site interview which was 4 interviews back to back over 4 hours. They interview on coding skills, systems design, project experience and soft skills.
