I was scheduled for an interview about two weeks after I applied. They called me to have a short phone conversation and gave me a general idea of the position requirements and hours. I was brought in the following week and was interviewed by a total of about eight people, who would come alone or in groups, for 30 minutes each. Most of the people asked general questions about my resume, past experiences, and goals for the future. Some questions were technical and difficult.
