I applied online and had a recruiter reach out for a phone screen. They had to reschedule (within hours of each scheduled call) 3 times - so in total, 4 different meeting times were set. When we finally met, over a week had passed from the first scheduled call. After having a positive conversation, they said they had a meeting with the hiring team every week (the next day) and would share my info. The next day they got back that the hiring team had already moved forward with other candidates. I feel that the repeated rescheduling by the recruiter negatively impacted my chance at moving forward in the process, and it overall left me with a negative impression of the company.

One short interview with a recruiter and other two with people from the team who were very friendly. I asked for an individual feedback after the three interviews and the rejection but they haven’t responded to me.
