Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Ross Stores (Plano, TX) nel mese di gen 2012
Colloquio
The interview process was fairly straight-forward. They did a short phone interview, inquiring about availability and if I was currently employed elsewhere. My first in store interview lasted about half an hour, asking basic questions like, "Why do you want to work here?" "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" "What could you being to the company if hired?" After that, another in-store interview was scheduled with a different manager the following week and that interview asked more detailed questions such as, "Describe a time in which you had to go above your job expectations?" "How well do you deal with things going on in your personal life and not letting it affect your work?"
After that interview I received a call that I got the job only a day later.

Domanda 1
To my mind, there were no difficult or unexpected questions. Everything was typical of a retail store interview.

Relaxed environment with typical interview questions, fairly easy to answer questions. One of the easier interviews I've experienced. No prep needed prior to interview, just be honest. They're more concerned with your availability.

Only one interview with the manager needed. Submitted an application online, called them to set up an interview date, and got an interview the next week. Got hired on the spot.
Pretty easy. I had previous retail experience. They don’t drug test. I work as front End Supervisor and made 11.50. Raises every year, and discounts are great. I don’t know what else you want from me
