There wasn't a formal interview, but the onboarding and training process were quite straightforward. I joined a group Zoom session with information on the position before scheduling a time to come sign new hire forms in-person. Overall, it was a smooth process.

It's fairly simple. If you meet the qualifications, submit an application. They will conduct a background check and you'll have to pay for your own fingerprinting. Then you go to the training for a day and you can start subbing.
