Phone screening, followed by in-person interview, conducted at company HQ in Pittsburgh. Company paid for travel expenses; I made travel arrangements. I interviewed with HR and 3 senior managers. Company changed interview schedule on me at the time of my arrival. I was held for a few hours in the conference room waiting for a final interview, which did not proceed. I felt it wasn't organized well as an interview, and they used this opportunity as more of a consultancy to gather info about the market. I was subsequently ghosted.
