The interview process was easy the questions were basic. They were more looking for a hard worker because the job is so niche. It was over zoom and a little awkward cause they had their cameras off.
HR call for background and more details on the position, then two zoom meetings with the director and senior management, mostly behavioral questions, easy conversations to just talk and get to know you better.

Initial interview was more of a background and culture check, as well as a gauge on expected compensation. Second round was a bit more in-depth with the team Manager and Director.

First round interview was more of a 'get to know you' interview with a recruiter. Second round interview was with ~3 employees across different levels of the organization. They asked questions regarding my background, experiences, and asked for applicable examples for my potential fitment in the organization.
