Beim Gespräch waren ich zwei Manager und jeweils ein Mitarbeiter aus den Teams anwesend. Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre recht locker. Die Manager hatten meinen Lebenslauf offensichtlich gelesen, da selbst Fragen zu meinem Abitur gestellt wurden, obwohl das nach dem Studium schon länger her war. Da es um eine Einsteigerposition ging, wurde ansonsten allgemein nach meiner Motivation, Vorwissen und logischem Denken gefragt.

Warum meine Deutschnoten relativ schlecht waren, aber ich mich gut ausdrücken konnte wurde gefragt, wie diese Diskrepanz zu Stande kommt.
There were 4 total rounds, 2 technical 1 hiring manager and 1 HR, technical rounds were difficult and required deep SAP and ABAP knowlegede, other 2 rounds were fairly straightforward

Im Vorstellungsgespräch wurden hauptsächlich Fragen zum Verständnis der Konzepte von OOP und Software Engineering gestellt. Danach wurde ein einfacher Algorithmus gegeben und gefragt, welche Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten es gibt. Schließlich wurden noch einige Fragen zur Organisation gestellt.
