SuccessFactors Campus recruitment was part of the Campus Drive of our college. I had a written test which included questions from Analytical Thinking, Operating Systems, Database Management Systems and Data Structures. The shortlisted candidates had to take up a technical interview which had questions on Datastructures and Database Management System. Few puzzles to solve. In the second round of the Face to Face Interview had some questions on logical reasoning and it was more of an HR kind of interview. Had some good puzzles to get through and focused on my implementation skills. With over 200 people approximately at the campus the HR assured a very good learning experience that I would be receiving .

Total 7 rounds of interview process. With 2 Telephonic and 3 Technical and 1 Senior Management and 1 HR round of interview. Interview Questions varied from Coding to SQL queries to problem solving to puzzles. The atmosphere is vibrant during interview as the person not only sees the knowledge but also the confidence and genuineness.
