the first interview was a phone interview, the second interview was a face-to-face interview. they were conversational. nothing difficult about it really. they want to see if you can hold a conversation, see as thats what youll do all day on the phone.

phone screen, written assignment, group interview. I'd rate the process as straightforward and not too intense, looking for experience and culture fit, and situational awareness with clients. Good mix of hires out of college and more seasoned industry people.

Standard interview asking questions about your experience and your goals moving forward. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The are looking for people who are eager to learn and develop their sales skills and dedicated to putting in the effort required for an inside sales executive to be successful.
