Recruiter came to ITT-Tech, presented company, asked for applicants.
phone interview - initially interviewed for FS position
got invite to second interview
went to oklahoma city stayed three days -
stayed in a really nice hotel
they changed me to Electronic Tech. position. toured local bases,
got to talk 1 on 1 with another tech. that had been with company for many years and i got lots of information
night before las night they took us out (approximately 70 people interviewing for job)
last day was interviewed in panel - was asked a few technical questions for electonics
offered job, then declined because of driving record was bad for next couple months, have to wait to re-apply 2 yrs.
all in all it was very education, fun, and i really hope to get hired next time.

Smooth and straight forward interview process good communication thru out technical interviewer was knowledgeable but did not feel like they were trying to trap you with trick questions job description was clear and they answered all the questions I had

Quick process and great information! I was able to learn a lot about the company and had different locations to choose between. The interview had me kind of nervous but just pray and I believe you will get the job.
