HR does the preliminary interview and it's usually a bunch of quick, easy personal questions that you've probably heard of a lot in the past, and it's conducted through phone call, or least it was during my time (back in 2022). Next phase is a series of online interviews with the department heads (in my case, the manager and assistant vice president) through Teams. This is usually a mix of personal and technical questions, but more of the latter. Biggest tip is to study the job description extensively and research on the processes you're not familiar with. Note that these interviews are conducted in one day and usually if you pass them, you will be notified of the results within or the following day.

Long process. Told me to come at exactly 8am. Interview started at 10am. Then after interview., I took basic accounting exam. Told to come back at 1pm . I waited until 2pm to be interviewed by the accountant. Then after interview waited another an hour. they told me that they will just call me

The initial interview comprises of the basic interview questions like tell me about yourself, what you know about the company, describe your family and other get-to-know-you questions. In the afternoon, we had an initial assessment which has 3 parts- an IQ test, essay and sentence completion. According to my interviewer, there will still be 2 interviews to follow but unfortunately,I have no calls from them yet.
