Was shortlisted together with other candidates from university to be interviewed in groups by managers at the depot. Applied for this interview in the career fair in university. There is only one round of interview that I passed successfully to get this job
The entire experience was smooth and welcoming. Although it was supposed to be an interview, I had fun talking with the senior manager and the HR representative who were there interviewing me.

Panel interview with hiring managers, followed by a Thomas International assessment. Questions focused on background, motivation, technical understanding, and role fit. Process was straightforward, professional, and fairly well organized. It was very well planned.
