The most disappointing interview of my career. I had an hour-long interview scheduled with the hiring manager. 8 minutes in he gets a message from his boss that he has to take that is urgent and must end the interview. I email to reschedule and he has decided to move forward with another candidate. The first five minute were him talking about the role and himself so I can only conclude that I was excluded based on my age, race or gender or some other superficial determination that had nothing to do with my ability to perform the job.
