I received a call to set up a phone interview. Following the telephone interview I came in and interviewed with the manager and two other charge RN's. I then received a call extending the offer for employment. All the people I spoke with went above and beyond in friendliness and everything was done in a timely manner.

An in-house interview, one-on-one with the unit manager. Some scenario-type questions regarding independent decision making when resources were scarce. Additional discussions related to staff nurse reviews and handling interpersonal issues with staff conflict.

The interview consisted of 4 people. Each one asked multiple questions over an hour time frame and provided information of what was expected and what to expect. I received a call about accepting the position by HR.
