The interview process was approximately 2.5 hours long and consisted of a series of three interviews back-to-back with various HR and technical staff. All interviewers asked structured behavioral interview questions which focused on past experiences. Between these behavioral questions we chit-chatted and also discussed a few technical questions. The conversational nature of these in-between moments helped both to lighten the mood and also to get to know the interviewees a bit. I marked the interview as easy not because the questions were easy (they were average), but because the environment was very low pressure and it is easy to shine when you don't feel like you are being interrogated.
