At first I had a brief interview over the phone with HR and then they called me for a one-on-one. When I went in, I talked to HR first and then had a conversation, cretive interview with both the ACD and the CD. Everyone seemed very friendly and laid back.

Super friendly, and easy to talk to! Questions were reasonable and not a whole lot of pressure from the team. They communicate what is needed and leave time for you to ask them questions as well.
