The interview process was very comfortable and laid back. It was an application process, then talk with HR to go over benefits, etc. Then talk with the supervisor who showed me around and gave me an idea of the place. When I was hired, I went back to HR to sign off on a background check and physical and drug screening. It was pretty standard, but they made me feel at ease.
