2 persons in the interview room, one speak and the other taking note. quite friendly. asked normal questions but they expect you to know their company's procedures which is unrealistic as each company have different procedure to follow when the teenager run away.

Straight forward and to the point. Case Managers were transparent. Asked various hypothetical scenarios. Great communication and answered all questions. HR response was always prompt. Had phone interview followed by an in person one.
