I came in to find two managers sitting behind the desk. A tall brunette walked me to the other room where she asked if I wanted a water or coffee. I waited about five minutes until I was summoned. I was asked basic interview questions and got a good feel of company culture. They were wearing jeans and tee shirts and assured me that I could too if we had no clients in. There are rarely any clients in the office so it is usually laid back. On Fridays they have Furry Friday where employees take turns bringing in a dog :)
