I got a call from HR a week after I applied online. We set up a time the next week for an in-person interview. I got there early, but my interviewer, Dustin, was 10 minutes late to start the interview. I was supposed to meet with 2 people, but one of the people was double scheduled elsewhere. The interview was average. Dustin told me that they would be in touch, but they never did contact me again. I drove 2 hours each way for the interview, so the least they could have done was call me to say they were going a different direction. Highly disappointed with an organization that I have supported and loved for many years. Very unprofessional and disconcerting seeing as that the position I was applying for was in HR.
