First I met with a recruiter who screened me, then she passed me to the next recruiter who I strategically worked with to determine what open roles would best align with my skillsets. Once we decided which roles that fit best, I interviewed with two hiring managers. From there, I did a panel interview with two hiring managers and their boss.

Overall process is challenging. Started with a recruiter interview, followed by 3 back-to-back AVP virtual interviews. From there I met in-person with the local AVP, followed by a virtual preso with two AVPs. Last round was virtual with an RVP
