I received a request for a phone screen within 2-3 days, and several phone and in person interviews took place before an offer was extended. The process was smooth, and the recruiter was very responsive. The process was transparent and they provide a lot of information on how to prepare for the interview, which is very helpful.

Explain to me how your background matches with how you understand the job description
Standard process of phone screen with recruiter asking qualifying questions and then explaining the process moving forward. Moved on to video interview with hiring manager going into more detail on background and asking technical questions to understand knowledge and methodologies. Interviews went well and hiring manager said recruiter would be in touch. I reached out after a few days to follow up but received no response. I understand if they found another candidate, but have the professionalism to let candidates know they're moving on with others.
