Simple interview with the department manager as well HR manager. Does not ask about your experience since it was a fresh grad engineer position but HR will ask you generic question such as "who is your role model", "how do you yourself in 5 years" etc.

Okay, there 1 HR and 1 Dept Head for the position. From HR, they ask frequent question as to what we usually learnt. Dept Head doesn't ask much, but explain the role which is helpful.
